Fatal Error Help!!!

    Trying to download buddypress but every time there is the same error message:
    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 10 seconds exceeded in /home/a3530492/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 172
    What does this mean and how can I correct it?

    Well,firefurby, I too have the same issue as you,same fatal error on installing,only mine is on line 192.Did you resolve this issue yourself and if so how did you resolve it?

    Well I had to find a new host,my old host had 10 seconds set and it would time out.I went with a new host,since the old one wouldnt change the time limit,and wala it worked great no problems on installing it.
