You only need to install it from WPMU admin page. Click plugin > install plugin > insert keyword gigya > click gigya toolbar > install > done.
I am hopeful this will help.

Thanks a lot for your information, because of it, I have just upgraded to the new version, and (again) everything looks nice on my BuddyPress site.
I also experience blank pages frequently at BuddyPress.org although I use many browsers. This post is made because I am a big fan of BuddyPress.
