403 when trying to access blogs

Loving buddypress so far, but ran into first problem. I got mu and bp installed and got the theme set. Everything seems to be functioning properly, but I am getting an access denied when I attempt to view the test blogs I created. I chose the blog.mydomain.com option rather than the mydomain.com/blog option as recommended. Any thoughts on which folder I should be checking permissions for or if there is something else causing this?

    Thanks!

This is a problem on wpmu side, and buddypress is not involved.

Make sure you have setup your virtualhost and followed the instructions when setting up wpmu.

Of the many possible reasons this could have happened, in this case, I had not given GoDaddy enough time to set up my dedicated IP address, so the IP address they gave me for the site in my domain manager was still the ip address from the shared hosting account my site was on before I installed wpmu.
