Hey
I just downloaded BuddyPress 2.0 to my own website: http://fairforbud.dk/forums/topic/fair-forbud-2-0-2/

The problem is, that the text color is white! How do I change it to black?

BuddyPress is version 1.5.1 at this time and I see BuddyPress is not activated in your site. You most probably mean bbPress 2.0. Having said that, I do not see bbPress activated in your site as well.
