Comment autorefreshes

When I click on comment on say the Activity Stream, I don’t get the chance to add a comment because the page automatically refreshes after clicking. If I am fast enough I can click on escape to stop this happening and add a comment, but clearly this is not a solution for users…

Any help to stop this happening?

Clearly that is not the default behavior when you click on the Comment link in Activity Stream (check out testbp.org) therefore something else is triggering that behavior. Change to bp-default theme and deactivate plugins except BuddyPress and see if issue is corrected.

Deactivated all new plugins – did not make a difference. For some reason the button is hyperlined to the Activity page so when you click on it, it triggers the action, and you’re clicking on the hyperlink. In Firebug I see:

‘Comment 0‘

Any ideas?

Solved!

That was a Theme-problem..
After updating the Custom-Community-Theme to Version 1.10
everything works fine!
