No sign of Buddypress Groups after plug-in is activated

I am supposed to be able to see it on the front end. Is the front end on the front of the website? Anyway I do not see anything different. Could my theme be incapable. I have the most basic wordpress theme.

To make your WP theme compatible with BuddyPress, you need to install and activate the BP Template Pack plugin and then go through Appearance > BP Compatibility https://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/wordpress-to-buddypress-theme/
