Required profile fields added later? What happens?

    If you add additional profile fields down the road and you set some of them as required fields, what happens to members who signed up before the addition of the new required fields?

    Are they shown a page when they login next that requires them to fill in the missing required fields or are the new required fields just ignored for existing members?

    I sure hope I explained that OK.
