Sending notification to registered user

Hello everyone,

I would like an automatic notification sent to all registered users whenever there is any activity on forums and latest posts on the blog. Is there a Plugin or any setting through which I can achieve this.

I have installed Buddypress 1.2.3 and WordPress single user 2.9.2

Please advise.

For group-related stuff (including forums), check out the Group Activity Stream Subscription plugin:

For latest posts, there is no specific BP plugin, but perhaps you can find a WP plugin that does the job?

Hey Erich,

That plugin you listed is considered “deprecated” by Boone.

He’s now working with David on the Group Activity Stream subscription plugin.
