sidebar show up under buddypress pages

i am using the 2010 weaver wordpress template with buddypress 1.5 and buddypress template pack 1.2
after installation the side bar show up on normal pages i created but when i go to any of the buddypress pages the sidebar shows up below the page have tried everything i know have read all the ansers i could find dont fully understand php but learning fast with a lot of trial and error if anyone can help me please do i dont understand what to change in the files without messing things up

@dsg257 you have to complete Step Three of the BP compatibility process http://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/wordpress-to-buddypress-theme/#fixalignment

Here’s a walkthrough of BP template pack for Twenty Eleven theme using the second method of Step Three which could help you. Let me know if you need further assistance.
