So basically, when someone tries to access their account, they instead are logged into another persons account.

This doesn’t happen all the time, but has occured a couple of times during the last few days. There was one situation where a user actually got a hold of an admin-account, but luckily he told us what had happened instead of abusing it.

Does anyone have any solution or might know whats the problem?
