Upgrade your hosting package / bandwidth allowances, or switch to a new host.
I have fair use traffic. When ordering it said unlimited traffic (fair use)
Yeah when the word ‘unlimited’ is mentioned/used always check just what is meant by that as the word in reality does not exist there is no such thing as unlimited, resources are finite. I would be checking logs to see what had happened to cause your host to take this action and find out exactly what bandwidth you had actually used.
A host that deactivates a site is not a host that you want to be with! unless that is you had received a fair amount of warning?
Regardless of what may happen you have to insist – if you haven’t access – that you have access to your files and database to allow you to take a DB dump if you are intending moving.
Hosts that offer unlimited bandwidth usually put a cap on CPU proceses. I’m betting that’s where they caught you.
If you really have that little members, find a new host.
