How to add blog component

Hi there, I can’t seem to find how I add the blog component for members? It’s not appearing anywhere??

Ok, I found it. I had to manually add a piece of code to the wp-config file so that the Network area would show under the Tools menu, then proceeded from there to get it set up. See https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network
