Move admin bar functions to navigation bar

Hey, I want to use the admin bar for other things, so I’m looking to move the admin bar functions to the navigation bar. Can anyone help?

I’d like to do this as well – so I can consolidate my navigation & get rid of the admin bar altogether!

Yup, that plugin will allow you to have all nav links show in the adminbar. Then, simply hide the navbar and reposition the adminbar using the css rules provided in bp-wp-navbar.css. Voilà: instant single navbar with all the Buddypress goodness!
