BuddyPress.org

I set up a site using BuddyPress http://jadiweb.com/defend and I have consistently received emails from people who have experienced difficulties registering and logging in. One user who registered apparently was automatically marked as a “spammer” but the person is a legitimate user and not a spammer. There is no documentation about how an administrator can unmark some user as a “spammer” and there should be documentation for a feature in BuddyPress such as this one. Such difficulties for the users make me question whether BuddyPress was the correct choice for running a site like this. Any help would be appreciated–especially in documentation about how to unmark someone as a “spammer” in the Dashboard.
