Add an item to groups nav

Hi…Under the groups nav there is ‘memberships’ and ‘pending invites’.
There is no way to join a group from the nav without an ivite.
I have a main ‘groups’ page tab on the main wp menu and I would like to put this before the other two items as ‘join a group’….any ideas?
