Does a "Reminder" Plugin Exist?

Is there a plugin that would email members who haven’t logged in for ‘x’ days and send them a short reminder message to get them back to the site? Something similar to what many forums and even what twitter does.

Just learned that this would be ’email remarketing’ or ‘behavioral targeting’ iow sending emails based on a user’s actions
