[Resolved] Trying to use Change Avatar

I’m getting errors on images that use FlaGallery Banner which is nivo slider. The image URL gets rewritten by some function in change avatar page so they error out and don’t load. The avatar then can’t be changed until it cycles through all the images that errored out.

You can test it out yourself at http://www.arterynyc.com/activity, just register and try to do it yourself.

@arterynyc please do not expect volunteers to register in your site in order to assist you. It would be better if you provided a test user username and password which you could delete later on if the issue is resolved.

Is the issue resolved if you remove the plugin/script “FlaGallery Banner which is nivo slider” ?

No it’s not, the issue is that the change avatar module is intercepting the linking. If I remove the change avatar page then there is no issue.

You can use the username: guest and password: guest to login and check it out.

After some testing this issue is related to using images only in shortcodes either on the sidebar or in any form that the avatar module has loading during the crop function.

On a side note, the jcrop issue with missing handles was fixed by deregistering the script and loading in my functions.php with the latest version from their site.
