POST UPDATE BUTTON NEVER STOPS LOOPING AND NO UPDATES ARE MADE
HOW TO DEBUG IT? WHAT TO LOOK FOR
    =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

    Hello,

I’m using a new installed WordPress, NO plugins installed, and using the Buddypress theme.

When I’m clicking the “Post update” button to submit any update, the icon stays looping and never submits the update.

I presume it is something to do with my installation/server/NGINX/PHP-FPM settings (or permissions to access certain buddypress sub-folder??)

I’m wondering guys if you could help me understand what to look for or how to debug what it is going on while pressing the update, as the debug.log (define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); and define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); are set) are not showing any errors.

@ramirocastro have you tried re-uploading BuddyPress manually via s/FTP for example? Looks like some files have not been uploaded completely. If that doesn’t work, WP/BP versions, single WP or multisite? If MS, BP in domain root or in subdirectory/subdomain?
