Adding custom options for a specific user

Am using WP 3.6 and Buddypress 1.7
Am writing a plugin that adds a new tab to the profile page for a user. In this page custom fields are shown that allows users to add Options to their wp_[siteid]_options table. Can anyone tell me where i can find the hook for doing insert/update/delete for this?
