Editing Topic Titles Tags in Groups and Forums

    I’m running a WordPress site with BuddyPress. I want to edit the Title Tags of Individual posts in Forum and Groups.

    Now My Topic Titles are showing like this:

    Group Name | Forum | Topic Title | Site Name

    It’s looking horrible for me. I tried all the coding given in this discussion.

    But My problem didn’t solved. Title was showing the same.

    I want to show my Topic Titles in Groups and Forums Like:

    Topic Title | Site Name

    Can anyone please give me the solution ?
