New Members Unable To Register

When I click on “create an account” at http://ihost-websites.com/EM/ a registration form doesn’t appear. What am I missing?

I’ve turned on “anyone can register” under general settings.

@v2006 is WordPress installed in domain root, host-websites.com/, or in subdirectory folder host-websites.com/EM/ ? If the latter, try changing EM to lowercase em
