If you want to have it displayed on more devices you will need to add the user agent for the devices you want.
In the file buddymobile/includes/bp-mobile-class.php
You will see an array of $useragents. you can add ‘Kindle’ or ‘Silk’ depending on device to this array. I have not tested on Kindle aside from a few times I’ve seen a Kindle on display somewhere.
Testing it out now. Thanks very kindly for your reply, modemlooper!
By the way, do you know why I wouldn’t see the mobile version on my android? I saw a glimpse of it, then it went away. I had tried that wptouch and it didn’t work for me, so I went back to yours because I have used it on another site with decent success. I’m trying agonyofdafeet.com right now with no joy. I have the other plugin deactivated and even had it uninstalled at one point. I re-installed wptouch because buddymobile wasn’t seeming to show any signs of life while activated. I have cleared my cache. I’ll keep looking, but figured I’d ask if maybe you had seen where it’s not showing within a minute or two. thx modemlooper!

You shouldn’t use cache on mobile when the mobile is a theme switch like wptouch and buddymobile.
Thx. My issue was there beforehand. I only tried the cache to see why i coukdn’t see the active buudymobile.
