New plugin: bpCKEditor

Hello,

This is my first contribution to the BP Community: bpCKEditor.

What this plugin does in its first version is to replace the TextArea input field in BP forums by a CKEditor.

It’s great plugin. I am wondering if there is a way to work everywhere in BP, wire, messages, profile pages. Thanks!
