BP lab and Buddypress Wall Not showing Up in Networked Site

I run a wordpress multisite with Buddypress in ine if the subsites. I installed Buddypress Plugins and activated them on the Buddypress Subsite, however, some BP plugins refuse to show up in the Plugin list in the subsite despite being installed, what could be the issue,please i need help.
Two among these pugins are BP Labs and Buddypress Wall.
