Activate page does nothing

I am looking for a way for my members to register on my site. The register page works, but the activate page does nothing. There is nothing on the page to activate, and going to the page leads to a 404 error. Are there any short codes like for the login_register page? I have looked in the docs and things and there is nothing there either. Please help. I can’t even sign up a secondary acct myself without being able to activate the page / accounts.

@anamassien WP/BP versions? Have you tried changing to BP Default theme to see if issue persists? Have you tried deactivating plugins except BuddyPress to check for any conflicts?

Check Settings > BuddyPress > Pages if you assigned a page to Activate
