Problem with the man buddypress bar at the top

for some reason my website (http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~jgreine/wordpress/) shows the buddypress bar at the bottom, not even as a bar but just as a list of items. im using the platform theme. can anyone give me some assistance please?

oh, and it for some reason shows up in the dashboard but just not any other pages.

@jeffcgreiner I see your BP adminbar at the top of your pages – FF, Safari, Chrome. I see it styled but placed below your footer in IE6
