Can't locate registration page file

Hello,
When I first started making my bp website, I chose to use the frisco theme because it looked nice, now after months of coding, my website looks nothing like frisco and the theme has caused me more trouble to work around rather than just using bp-default…but i didn’t know at the time. now I can’t find my register.php file, it seems non existent. Im looking to limit the character input on the profile fields. I cant take this to the frisco forums because nobody looks at them
