Automatic sending mails

Hello everyone,
I’m looking for how to send an automatic email every week (like on Thursday at 17h) to all members telling them that new members have registered (the last 5 registered members for example but can be configured), with their first name and avatar if possible .
I use Wysija / Mailpoet as a solution, but if there is another solution I’m interested.
