Bar not compatible with themes, (java issue?)

I’ve got the BP Compatibility (bp-template-pack) and all that fun stuff to fix issues and now it seems my issue is strictly java. I tried jQuery no conflict and that didn’t work. Any suggestions to why it looks like this:

Checked out the theme demo and it doesn’t look like JS conflict at all. It looks more like you missed checking option to include the bp.css file which has the styling you need for the BP Admin Bar to move to the top of the page.
