When I click ‘reply’ on the top 3 post in activity is acts strangely

HI,
I click reply to any of the top 3 posts in the activity feed and it takes me back to the top of the page, however if I click ‘reply’ on any of the posts below the top 3 it opens a text box right there and you can add a rely…. how can I make it act the same on all activity? I want it always to open a text box when you click reply… this is my site http://www.ozsnowboard.com/activity/
