Buddypress groups per user

Hello,
my Point is, every user must have his own 4 groups, reflecting the 4 levels or quality of connections they have.
After starting, he must try to collect connections. First on ‘Empfehlungspartner’ level, as more connected he gets to people, as higher the connection goes in level. Highest possible is ‘Empfehlungspartner’, which means, one is getting recommended by the other.
Imagen a new user, working as a carpenter. He comes to the page and looks for people from other professions like painter, electrician and so on, as he may be asked: Do you know a good painter? For getting in touch, he will start with inviting the painter to his ‘Empfehlungsquelle’ group. Once they really work on a project ‘together’ or forward a job, they add the connection to ‘Power Team’. Finally, if they e.g. make a flyer with one company on one side, the other on the back, they are ‘Empfehlungspartner’.
Looking at the profile page of a user should reflect how many connections of which type he has. That is why he should have his own 4 groups, displaying his connections(members) per group.
is it possible to implement it? i need help how to achieve this functionality?
