Need to resolve “Page not found” errors

Sorry, I’m a total newbie here and just learning how to build websites and using wordpress/buddypress.
My website is http://www.40knovels.com.
All of my internal pages outside of the main page come up as “page not found” 404 error. I can’t seem to figure out how to resolve this.
Any help would be great.
