How to keep a site or some sites outside the scope of “Site Tracking” by Buddypress Activity stream?

I am speaking about WP 4.1 Multisite with BP 2.2 : scenario : some bloggers will like to keep the blog (site) activities hidden or unavialable to the general activity stream.

To answer my own question this can be done at the site of site creation. However I do not know how to toggle or change it later – https://buddypress.org/support/topic/how-to-toggle-site-visibilty-in-the-activity-stream/
