BP 1.2.9 – internal email – external and to user levels?

Hi Guys,

I am using BuddyPress as the basis of an extranet and have a few small issues.
I’ll post them individually and hopefully get them sorted.

Internal email/ notices.

I have internal email and notices working fine.
BUT

I need to do the following and would appreciate any pointers:
Currently the AJAX auto-complete works well but only for single members – I need to be able to select all users in a specific user level (ie Administrators) and email just those.

Example:

Current –
User 1 – select/ email
User 2 – select/ email
etc

Need –
User 1 – select/ email
Group/ level 1 – select/ email
etc

Is this possible or am I better off actually using something else?
