BuddyPress.org

Hi,
I’m using WordPress 3.2.1 and BuddyPress 1.5.1. I connected the BP members component to a page called Profile. I created a custom main navigation menu in Appearance > Menus, and I included the Profile page as one of the menu items but I would like to change its default behavior: Instead of linking to the members directory I would like the link to go directly to the logged-in user’s page (which, of course, assume the user is logged in; I’m going to need to address that as well…). I’ve been spinning my wheels on this for a while, hesitant to ask because I was sure the answer had to be there somewhere, but couldn’t find it. Or perhaps I’m just being facile…

I tried loopmodem’s user profile plugin, but that resulted in only the Profile button being shown.
