Registeration Page shows nothing.

I have WP 3.2.1 and latest BP. I just installed it so there isn’t any plugings to interfere.
Registeration page is blank, I mean it shows the header and footer but there’s no form or any content.
Also Register link doesn’t appear on the menu???I looked for some solutions but they are all for IIS and I’m on Linux servers.
Edit: Actually it shows a completely blank page. I’ve increased memory by adding
define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);
to config.php
Should I increase the number more? What should I do?
