BuddyPress.org

I am building a social networking site on buddypress and need done today. This buddypress plugin is more like a maze to me.
If someone can assist I would appreciate it!
How do I set up the registration? I click the registration page and it brings me to a blank page…and I am afraid of manually setting it up and find out it didnt work with buddypress..or S2 membership plugin…

Also, I need to have people be able to do the following:
-Chat with other logged in users (I tried buddy ajax chat, but everytime I install it it messed up the whole site..nothing loads)
-A Chat Roulette page (even if its embedding some html from the net)
-a sort of chat room page with web cam capabilities
-and is it possible to do a Hot or Not sort of function?

Any sort of advice or recommendation is incredibly appreciated!
