[Resolved] error : Upload avatar for member

Hi !

I use the last version of wordpress and buddypress.

I try with user to change avatar but I canot.

You can see message in the picture.

Also i check in the admin panel and I authorize user to upload avatar. By default user is Contributor and if i change to editor or other higher grade it works.

Someone can help me ?

Ok i find my problem !

I have this code in functions.php for the user can go tu the wp-admin panel.
```
function no_dashboard() {
  if (!current_user_can('publish_posts') && $_SERVER['DOING_AJAX'] != '/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php') {
 	wp_redirect(home_url()); exit;
  }
}
add_action('admin_init', 'no_dashboard');
```
