Read only Forum?

    Hi all,

    How can particular forum be made Read only?
    I would like to use this forum for posting how to access website functionalities , guidelines etc.
    Appreciate help.

    For group forums, you can create a group, create a topic, make it sticky and close the topic. Only you can re-open it again and post additional information.

    For sitewide forums, create a topic, make it sticky and close the topic.

    On another note, as site/super admin, just create links to Page/s re how to access website functionalities , guidelines etc.which appear on sidebar only for forums pages.
