Registration Page doesn’t work

I am using WordPress 4.7.3 and have BuddyPress 2.8.2. I have tried to troubleshoot this by switching to Twenty Fifteen, but the problem persists.
The site that I am working on is http://www.heathernodello.com and the registration page is on http://www.heathernodello.com/register/

My problem is that when you go to the registration page, fill out all the required fields and then hit submit, it reloads the same page with the information that you have already entered minus the password.

Also, I was wondering how I can have it so that when you hit submit, it will go to a specific page (example, a Thank You for registering page).

I believe I solved my own problem. For some reason this was happening because the link that I was using to activate my account excluded to have the www in front of the URL. When I included the www in the URL everything worked fine.

I hope this helps other out there if they encounter the same problem.
