This functionality isn’t in core so you would need to install a plugin or write some custom code to get this done.
What plugin do you suggest?
I’m not sure there is something available. Try searching through the list of plugins at wordpress.org
Hello Lovechard,
Are you using any plugin ? If yes let me know.
You can also try BP Favorite Notification

John
Thanks, @johnriggs78. I have seen that plugin and have downloaded it.
But, what I need is the ability to see all of my users activity within the admin notifications to make sure we are not missing anything they are sharing. Do you know of a plugin that makes this possible?
Hello Lovechard,
Sorry for late responce, Dear You can see all users activity in your Dashboard, Than click on “Activity” there availables all activity of all users.
Regards
John
I’ve seen that in WP > Activity… but that is everything and there are about 100 or more things that come up each hour. Ultimately what I want is the ability to get a notification in my front end every time one of my members actually writes something whether it be on their wall, activity stream, forum, group discussion, etc. Just like Facebook… so I can check off the ones that I have seen and gotten to easily. I already get some notifications just like my members do when someone comments on a post I made, etc. but I just want the admin notifications to be more robust.
I’m realizing there is no plugin to do this… has someone created any CSS code that might be useful to get this done.
Hi @lovechard,
I’ve understood what your need is and would like to inform you that none such plugin exists.
Its a complete custom code that someone will need to write. You can hire any developer for this need.
One such plugin exists that notifies for group activities : BP Group Notifier
Regards,
John.
Thanks, @johnriggs78! I’ve activated BP Group Notifier and am going to see how that works out. Thank you for your help!

This will need a PHP solution. Unfortunately CSS won’t help.
