Avatar problem on buddypress.org

    Um, this is a little odd. lol Not sure what happened, but when I tried to upload a new avatar, I got this error message.

    `Upload Failed! Error was: Unable to create directory /avatars/5998058. Is its parent directory writable by the server?`

    Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

    Avatars, for most of us, are not allowed.

    And no, you can’t search the forums either.
    Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

    Avatar upload have never been allowed on this site. The theme just needs updating to remove that option. To set a picture, use gravatar.com, as suggested above :)
