Group Activity Notifications?

    If I understand this correctly, Groups that I join, I get no notification that there is activity in it? I have to actually go to the group and check it? Why even join it then? And I only get email notifications? Is there anyway to get them sent to my buddypress account under notifications?

    If I’m missing something, please let me know.
