i am trying my best to get Secure Invites plugin work with buddy press with Fishbook (BuddyPress BuddyPack) 1.2 by Michael Kuhlmann

from last 1 week but i am unable to get this plugin work.

please help .

This is not a BuddyPress issue. The Secure Invites plugin as seen at https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-secure-invites/ has not been updated since March 2011.

Either contact the plugin dev if he’s still going to update the plugin or find an alternative. Check out e.g. https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/invite-anyone/
