Rename “Name” Profile Field

I have changed the default Name profile field to First Name. For some reason this did not change on the Registration page. It still shows as Name instead of First Name. Can anyone tell me where to update this?

Which theme you are using?

I have just checked it with the default theme twenty seventeen and it is working fine there. Please see: https://prnt.sc/l7mp20
