Check if Member is logged in. (entry.php)

    Okay, so I know how to check if the current member is logged in or not.
    using

    but that’s not what im looking for.
    I searched the widget plugin of Friends Online for an idea of how I might be able to check if a Friend or other Member is online.

    Reason: In the Entry.php where the avatar code is, I want to put a IF command, eg:

    	
Off Line
<a href=&quot;">

</a>

On Line
<a href=&quot;">

</a>

    But im not looking to see if the current user is online, Im looking to see if other people are online.
    Any ideas?
