Request: Twitter Bootstrap Responsive Theme

Has anyone attempted to build a theme using the Twitter Bootstrap Framework?

The framework was built by twitter using cssless (http://verekia.com/less-css/dont-read-less-css-…ial-highly-addictive), css3, html5 to work with in all modern browsers including mobile versions. It supports a 12-column grid and is responsive being able to adapt to the browsers screen size as well as orientation.It also uses jquery and includes light weight plugins that would handle all needed features of buddypress like tabs, model, popovers, tooltips, alerts and many more.
What I really like about this frame work is the navigation elements. Not only having a main name that resembles the wp-admin bar it also supports sub nav that will switch to a fixed 100% width bar as you scroll past it while highlighting the current anchored area of the page in the nav.

@rogercoathup true. Until such a time that someone releases it (free or paid), the next best thing are WP bootstrap themes with the template pack plugin

It will be easier (relatively) come BP 1.7 but it would still involve an investment of not inconsiderable time.
