Activity stream is duplicating post after update.

    After i updated to 1.6.1 the activity stream keep positing the last post I did before the update. how to fix it?

    @charlietech is this happening even with bp-default theme and all plugins deactivated except BuddyPress? Or with a custom theme or plugins which have not been updated to latest BP version?
