Avatar upload photo translation ?

hi all !
Is it possible to have a nice translation possibility for the “upload photo” button ?

Line 448 <input type=”submit” name=”upload” id=”upload” value=”Upload Photo”/>
The value needs to be translated instead of hard coding after each update !
