Hiding profile tabs for user roles

Hello, I am using BuddyPress with PaidMembershipPro for my community website.
I have 3 levels and I would like to limit access to some tabs on the free user profile. How may I hide them? for instance I don’t want subscribers to read the activity stream, or to post forum.
